We endeavor to display product information accurately. Nevertheless, product colors and appearances may vary slightly due to differences in individual screen display settings. We reserve the right to revise product descriptions, pricing and inventory status at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payment

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. An order is only confirmed upon successful payment processing.

Unless otherwise specified, listed prices exclude taxes, customs duties and shipping fees. You agree to settle all applicable charges upon checkout.

5. Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Any order placed after 15:00 GMT+8 will be dispatched on the next working day. Processing may be extended to 3–5 business days during peak shopping seasons.

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

Express Shipping: 3–5 business days
Europe & United Kingdom

Standard Shipping: 10–18 business days

DDP service is available with all duties and taxes included at checkout.

Risk Allocation

Title and risk of loss for products shall pass to you once goods are handed over to the carrier. We accept no liability for delivery disruptions caused by customs clearance, adverse weather or courier service issues.

Please verify your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect recipient addresses provided by you.

6. Return & Refund Policy

14-Day Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days after you receive the goods.

Returned items must satisfy all the following requirements:

Brand new, unused and unassembled in original condition
Intact original labels, packaging and complete accessories
Valid proof of purchase must be provided

Return Shipping Fee

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.

We will issue a pre-paid return label after your return application gets approved. Unauthorized returned parcels will be rejected.

Damaged & Defective Goods

Inspect your package immediately upon receipt. Take photos and contact us right away if items arrive damaged, defective or mismatched with your order.

Exchanges

To exchange goods, return the original item first and place a new order separately.

EU 14-Day Cooling-off Period

Customers with orders delivered to the European Union have the right to cancel orders or return products within 14 days for any reason.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after we inspect and approve returned goods.

Warranty coverage becomes invalid for damage caused by improper operation, water ingress, incorrect power supply or wrong sensor operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither DUNOV nor Shopify shall be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, personal injury or data loss. Our aggregate total liability shall not exceed the actual amount you paid for the relevant product.
